The development of China's precision carving machine industry, although it is a preliminary development, has achieved a leap forward under the leadership of international technology, and has a high stage of prominence compared to the same quality. The rapid development of the domestic economy has become a high industry pillar in the fine carving market, and can achieve an annual growth rate of over 20%. Becoming a new starting point for the global precision carving market, according to expert predictions, the domestic precision carving market is still in a high-speed growth stage.
Customer equipment requirements
This device requires a control panel to fix a display and connect it to the main control machine of the precision carving system. Based on the graphics designed in the computer and professional precision carving software, the focused laser is irradiated onto the metal surface and moves in the direction of the machine tool to achieve precision carving. In order to make the operation simple and user-friendly, it is also necessary to add touch function, so that the precision carving machine has outstanding advantages such as high processing accuracy, more stable product performance optimization, fine finished products, fast processing speed, and high production efficiency.
Solution
After multiple communications and discussions with the client, the touch display function was ultimately achieved by connecting the HENCSTAR industrial display and the precision carving system main control computer; Jiaweishi Industrial Display adopts a 17 inch LCD screen, which can meet the rich graphic and control display interface of cutting software. The all steel box structure and fastening interface plug-in have good robustness and shock resistance. The embedded installation method of the panel can effectively prevent dust and iron filings from entering the control cabinet.
