Application requirements:
Autonomous driving technology for automobiles includes video cameras, radar sensors, and laser rangefinders to understand the surrounding traffic conditions, and to navigate the road ahead through a detailed map (collected from a manned car). All of this is achieved through data centers, which can process a large amount of information collected by cars about the surrounding terrain. The autonomous vehicle is equivalent to the remote control car or smart car in the data center. The general structural components include laser radar, front camera, tire sensor, front and rear radar, and main control computer.
